Christ for All Ministries – India
Service Frontiers
Preamble
The supreme task of the Faith Community is the Sharing of good News to the world. “No one has the right to hear the Good News twice until everyone has had an opportunity to hear it at least once,” says the Christian Leader & statesman Oswald J. Smith. CAM India is a disciple making and establishing Faith Community movement serving in 8 States of North India. St. Paul declares his ambition in Romans.15:20, “My ambition has always been to preach the Good News where the name of Christ has never been heard, rather than where a church has already been started by someone else (NLT).”
This is the foremost objective of Christ for All Ministries – India. As a result 67 Indigenous community workers are sowing the seed of Good News among 15 people groups who speak 9 languages in 300 villages which comes under 12 districts of eight states. In addition, 250 children are under the spiritual and physical care through Hostel, School and Educational Care Centres. 16 more Community transformers are working in Resource Mobilisation Services and also in Headquarters office. “Where there is no vision people perish”, the Holy Scripture says. God of Nehemiah has given us a long range vision to have 300 Community workers & Transformers by 2025 working in 15 states of our Motherland India.

Indigenous Workers
Indigenous Community workers are none other than the Native Workers, who are otherwise called Suvarthicks in Hindi. They are saved by the grace of God and through their faith in Jesus Christ. Mainly by the influence of the Community Transformers who were instrumental for their new life and they commit themselves for preaching of the Good News to their own people. They are free from natural barriers such as language, culture, colour etc. which are the challenges to a Cross Cultural Community Transformer.
Eighty percent of our Field Staff are Indigenous Community Workers. Adoptability becomes easy for them, acceptance in the society is so natural and training cost is less to the organization. In short they become successful because of various reasons even in the midst of oppositions.
Indigenous Support
CAM India is an indigenous Faith movement to reach the unreached Indians, especially in North India with the Good News of the Lord Jesus Christ. In the process of doing so, it has certain objectives:
- Establishing Service centres in the most needy areas to Share the Good News in and around that area and establishing Faith Communities.
- Identifying, developing and entrusting the responsibility of reaching the fellow Indians in the hands of the service minded disciples, who are called as Indigenous Community Workers.
- Challenging the established Churches, Institutions and Believers who have got the burden for reaching India to pray and support these Indigenous Community Workers & Transformers.
- My Generation my Responsibility is the heart beat of the rejuvenated disciples, Community workers and Transformers as well as the prayer partners and sponsors of Christ for All Ministries-India (CAM-India).
